HQI= metalhalogenlamps best light you can get
HQL= mercuryvaporlamps second only to the above when it comes to light/W

The lights in my link is HQI and yes they are pricey but worth every penny.
Some facts:
The light stays the same until its broken from day 1 until its dead: big
10 000 hours: cheap in the long run
Color 5400K: almost perfekt
Lumens 14 000, 150W that is: great
Prize: - well what can i say, buy used ones
