All what I need is keep my snakes legally in this country and if they need any Vet help I could give them all what I can the best .
This case is not about me ! It is about snakes !!!
In my country I had to hide my hobby and I couldn't help them if they got ill ... But here I can !!!
And I will do everything I can to keep my snakes legally .
Here is England ! Not Poland !
And I know that people do understand that you are love in something and they will help you !
In Poland nobody care of you... you are alone .
I have a friends , many of them ... And we've got a same problem !
We have to keep our hobby top secret !
Even in Slovakia Republic you could make a licence for venomous animals but never in Poland !
So what can I say ?
I can't change my country .
I wish the people on the top will understand that is better to give opportunity to let the people make a licence for venomous animals then keep saying there is no problem !
Cause I know that in Poland is many of people who keeping venomous snakes at home and they will do that even it's illegally !
Cause it's unexplainable ! It is pure L O V E !
Sorry for my English , I hope so you do understand what I'm talking about ...

The law here is for the safety of the people around the snake and that should come second to nothing. If you council say no then they must be a reason ?? Then sort the reason and reapply. If you love your DEA snakes so much. I would not face imprisonment for a snake

LAWS CAN BE BENT NOT BROKEN IF YA BREAK IT YA DO NT GET £200 WHEN YA PASS GO YA GO STRAIGHT TO PRISON so if I was you I wouldn't break it ??

...Your point of view which gave me some hope for future ;o)
You said - don't give up ! Thanks ...
You right I can reapply and try fix the problem they see ...
Anyway if you have read my few other posts I'm expecting the inspector from my city who's working for Department Of Animal Health ...
He shall visit me tomorrow morning and give me his advise about the place (my flat) where I will keep venomous snake ...
If he say it's OK I would try play for licence ...
If he say NOT ... As you said my friend ...
I'll try fix problem and ask again ...
Thanks , many thanks ...
With the best wishes , Artur .
