Hi my name is Artur I'm 36 and I'm interested in venomous snakes ...
Would you believe that a long ago I've started with ... parrots ?!
Heh !!!
I come from Poland and I had venomous snakes like Crotalus , Bitis , Vipera , Agkistrodon , Trimeresurus ...
Now I have just few spiders because I'm living in block of flats and inspectors from my city said that I can not play for DWA cause of that fact ...
I've tried ask in few stores around me for any possibility of buy venomous snake without licence but I've made them mad...
So that's all my story , no hope ... so sad ... |

Hi to all again !!!
I think that because I've been registered over here few days ago it drove me to do something again about my licence ..
So I went today after work to Dept. Of Health Protection , Animal Health in Bradford ... And it was so nice when this inspector said , yes ... I remember you hahahaha !!
That means to me that not many people plying for this licence hahahah !! After nice talking he will send to me an application form to fill up and he said that it will cost me now around £250 ...
Licence is around £50 but inspectors who will visit me at home are taking another £200 !! Could you believe that ?!
Whatever , I have something like wardrobe on my hall where is coming a hot water from to my bathroom and I thought that I would fitted the wardrobe's door with lock ...
Then I'll have a place in there for just two snakes but better two then none ! So ... So let see what happen next .
This what I said is just about inspectors but before me is my agency yet where I'm renting flat from ...
I wish good luck myself ... I have not snakes yet - but hope |

The man that will say yes or no is Andy Measy from Bradford licensing a very polite man. (you say you have met him already)
The vet might / will be Andrew greenwood or yoanna storm both are from Keighley zoological group Andrew is very good. He was righting a paper a few years back 2/3 on what he should be on license or not.Been on TV a few times
and wife (his ) yoanna is great with reptiles keen as mustard. She wont care about you she only thinks of the animal and her view is leave in the wild so kid it's all up hill.........Indeep |
