I will wait for a few more days and see how she goes.

If I spray her some water, she drinks it, and she will stick her tongue back in. I treat that as low calcium at the moment. I give her liquid form calcium, it's called "Bone aid" and I put a few drops into her mouth. So hopefully that will do the trick. I don't know if she has eaten today, there are still some locust left in the tank, so will have to wait until tomorrow.

Lack of Vitamin A also causes problems like this, causing the tongue muscles to become weak ,could also be trauma to the tongue

She is fine now, it was just me being a worrier, especially it's because I rescued her and have seen her bad days in life in the past. No sign of any tongue out this morning / today and she has been catching her food like other chams I have got and has eaten the same amount of food like she usually does. She might have a bad start of life and I am sure for those who rescue Chams or other lizards understand this, a little sign looks like the worst matter.

Thanks.

Glad to hear that she appears to have improved.
