Has anyone used citrus trees in cham setups before? I saw a load of them at homebase, but wasn't sure about their suitability for chams. I was thinking about getting one for when I let my carpet cham (Albert) out for some sun this and roaming this summer in my front room. Obviously I need to know if they work well, and if the leaves can be toxic to the animals etc? I thought they'd look nice (to keep the mrs. happy ) |

Joe i think they would be ok, just watch out as some of them have huge thorns, what about a patio apple or pear tree? _________________

Another possibility I guess....but they're not as bushy necessarily are they? I'd like something with heavy foliage so that they can feel comfortable and avoid me when they want to. |

I have had a lemon tree in my yemen's viv since I got him, and he loves it. It smells great when it blossoms, too! I also had banana plants until recently, and he would drink from the huge droplets that formed on the leaves. _________________
