hi am looking into getting a small lizard or monitor. can anyone give me so species i can look into. my Viv is 4*2*4 looking for mostly arboreal. I've been looking onto the emerald tree monitor. but don't know how much they are. _________________ varanus salvator

Akcies are not true arboreal, but they do and will make use of the vertical space all the time. In the wild they can be seen climbing trees 14 tall.
Mot arboreal monitors can be difficult to take care of... unless anyone know a better one? However judging from your species list... I will see what I can find. |

Varanus scalaris (Spotted Tree Monitor): 65cm
Varanus timorensis (Timor Tree Monitor): 50-70cm
Varanus tristis tristis (Black-Headed Goanna): 70-80 cm
Varanus tristis orientalis (Freckled Goanna): 50-60 cm |
