ok so leaving my gfs house and she lives fairly close to the reptile shop near me so 4rt id pay a visit look 4 prices ect got there found the cresties and looking round the tank i though how cute they all sleeping on eachothers back (all juvi) nicely in the shade ect, anyway these cresties had a UV light on them n i began to wonder how hot it was it says on the thermometer in the shop that the whole shop is 80F so thinking that was high i looked for the 1 in the tank and to my horror it was 85F i was thinkin to myself jesus they must be cooking in there. shame i dont have any money otherwise id of snapped them up n got them outa there they were all in the smallest exo terra tank aswell so felt proper sorry for them.
morale of the story is:
shops are bad!!!!

Not all shops are bad. Some actually care about the animals they keep.

Did you not try and tell them that the temps were too high?

i mentioned that it seemed abit high for them but he kinda just fobed me off and went to feeding pinkies to the snakes
