Depends on what you would like to do. Brugge is a nice city, butt if you like the country size more you should go to Lommel or somewhere around there.
If you have the change, visit the Serpentarium in Blankenberge. They have a nice collection of reptiles and some amazing vivs.

Thanks for the information Tom. I'd definitely love to go to the Serpentarium!! I think I'd probably go for a city break, so Brugge it is.
