I think they are lovely and very easy to keep.

They tail slap a lot, hood frequently and I certainly would think twice about putting my hand in the viv. when they are eating but then I would with any of my snakes. My lot have never shown any signs of aggression or trying to bite.

I personally think that it's a bit of a myth about them being an aggressive by nature. I think that the hooding and tail slapping is used to distract any potential aggressors so it can have time to escape.
