Was looking through some oldish photos of one of my cresteds, Herbert.

You don't realise how much their patterns and colour change as they get older. I'm glad I kept the pics Smile

Herbert when I got him:

He has quite a bit of red coming through around his neck, his underside is almost completely orange/red Cool

Err,

When I got him the pet shop said ~10 weeks, so now ~6 months old

He's classed as a Harlequin due to the mottling on his sides and limbs, good luck with your cresties Smile

nice im hoping to start up with these a breeding project . i like harlequins they are nice yours has a nice colour to it . i thought if i got hold of 2 flames and a couple harle's hopfully good selection of sex's and see what the babys come out to be at the moment i can get hold of baby flames 5cm at 75 pounds each so things are looking good.

im hoping to get my first crestie next week. What book is the best to read up on them. Ive read nearly all the online caresheets and stuff but i always like to keep a book on every species i keep.
