Nice tokays! I think normal ones are already among the nicest geckos, as far as color goes. Unfortunately they are agressive little monsters and their reputation will make it difficult for them to become really popular as pets. But then who knows, there is also demand for aggressive pitbulls
I think breeding a really tame line could do a lot for getting them popular Anyone want a new project? |

Look at those innocent little faces, they look like the faces pulled before delivering a bite. Are they really as nippy as people say? And as noisy? I've always fancied one, and of course I need a lizard to go with my snake . _________________ 1 male caramel corn snake, Loki

Must admit I do like Tokays but have never got round to getting any. I am aware of their reputation, to me though thats the appeal of them a gutsy full on creature! . I liked the blue one and the normal in the pictures. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Nice pics.My cousin keeps the leucistic[white] ones.Sadly they are just as grumpy and bitey as the normal type.
Beautiful looking geckos but not a type i'd keep as i'd be too nervous cleaning them out. This is probably due to being bitten badly by one of my cousins adults. |
