Stunning bird, I do like hawks.

I'm looking after one for a friend, 2006 hatch, not really got enough time to get it hunting though.



to be fair though I'd rather get my other bird flying, mainly as I don't have to watch his weight, he's always ready to cause mischief.

I reckon 99% of these hawks are called Rolf - they must be! Laughing

Stunning mate,I too have had a go flying a Harris,but he seemed to have a mind of his own.I'd love to fly a Barbary Gyr sometime in the future Cool .

oh woah, stunning photos!

Harris hawks are the best bird of prey. I 'flew' one called Inca a while ago at a display and fell in love. I love the tail wiggles they do after landing.

Yes Boris (the crow) is great, very entertaining, though a pain at times. He likes to stab your feet if you pick up the phone when hes in the house. Oh and hes destroyed my laptop keyboard and tried to soften my works mobile in his water bowl.
Doesn't matter how full he is, is always up for trouble, where the hawks are just food orientated so once they are full they stop and sleep.
