I fully agree. They are fantastic snakes. There are also a variety of colours available that all have there own subtle beauty.
With the irridescence they look like mini D'Alberts pythons.
Have found they can be a bit tricky to get started as hatchlings. I found that they have a preference for much larger prey than you would typically offer. Hatchlings would refuse pinky mice, that were about the "right" size, but take rat pinks that were huge!!!
Adults always amaze me with their capacity for food.
Damn, I've got to get some more now!!
Cheers

Wow! Ireally like those And yes they are incredibly greedy. When I first had mine though he could only physically eat tiny pinks or a pinky with its legs removed Will eat anything now I reckon, hmmmmmmm I seem to be missing a cat _________________ Licking this cane toad was the worst flippin idea you.............whoa man that penguin just put something in your pocket. |

I have a pair (and naughtiness was spotted about a week ago...) and love them to bits!
Thought I'd help you out by posting the best photo I ever got of the iridescence - this is the female after a shed...
I'd love a pair of Auroras, but am still hunting... |
