Teehee. Hes a little aggressive and very fiesty. I rescued him off an idiot round the corner who had the gecko for 4 days, then decided to put a berber skink with him ,and then put the leo in a crix tub and shoved in a drawer cus he was fighting with the skink. Moron.

It looks like regrowth there already from an old injury.

Well done for taking him, strangely that's not the first time I've known someone to think it's ok to house berber skinks with leos.

I hope to hear updates of how well he's doing soon!!

Yup, looks like the tail is starting to grow back. Left eye lid looks a bit dodgy as well.

Chocolate albino? Are you sure?

Glad the wee leo has finally fallen into competent & responsible hands!

Leo living in a crix tub in a drawer Rolling Eyes , makes you wonder what else these people get up to and how they've managed to survive life so far. Laughing

Well done for taking him on, he does seem to be sizing up the camera and giving it the 'U got a &*'# problum?' Confused ...blessim

yeh I think he is just albino cus theres not much choco in him. I think the guy just wanted to make him sound more expensive by calling it choco and took his word for it. Im not really morph knowledgeable.

Still a pretty gecko though. He went for me earlier ....little sod

this is what a chocolate albino looks like -

i understand so far that the brown isn't actually a pigment in the way that the normal black spots are. the black spots are made of melanin in the skin, (albinos have no melanin) whereas the brown stays in a chocolate albino because it is not actually melanin.

any one know any more about this?
