do you need any type of license to keep a shark? i looked on the DWA list of my local council, and there is no mention of sharks or related species (i thought lion-fish were covered until i saw one at manor)
so does anyone know if they are covered?
here's the site http://www.basildon.gov.uk/80256B7A003BE9EE/vWeb/wpEFEN6BNK7J |

you can keep one, no DWA, just make sure it isn't endangered. You need a bloody big tank to keep 'em in, even if its just the smallest cat shark |

sharks aren't covered by the DWA because there are NO threat to the public (the DWA is to protect the public NOT the keeper). If the shark escaped...it would die quite quickly _________________

Children should be covered by DWA, they are a threat both to my physical and mental health, and they are EVERYWHERE!!!!
