welcome welcome welcome!

i would say kings would be a better start, how about something like a Tamahura Mountain King, they get to about 4ft for a big female and males are 3-3.5ft max as a standard. Even though kings I kept my pair together. They were amazing temperaments and bred for me every year! I kept them slightly cooler than a corn and they did very very well

here is a pic

this is one of the babies I bred

my old adult pair having fun

A quick head shot of my old female

hope u like

Peter

Hi Claire nice to meet you and I would say Kings too although I keep Royals I have a tremodous support network to hand so that I can ask them all the questions I need to and someone is aalways around to help. Having said that I don't find them hard work but Kings are lovely too and being added to our collection asap, good luck with whatever you choose hon xxxxxxxx
