I'm looking for a species of ant to feed my dendrobates..
They need to be small non agressive and some what easy to culture.
I'm a firm believer in variety of diet is a major part of keeping these frogs healthy and happy and used to feed a few differant things to my frogs when in the US. Termites where a favourite and easily obtained from the local pine forrest but I dont think Termites are native or around london, also its illegal to import them.
any suggestion to a good culturable ant species and where i would find them?
Right now I feed melanogaster fruit flies, springtails and the very occasional hatchling cricket. _________________ Paul
