Sorry should have mentioned that. Males generally don't get larger than 3ft, but females can reach 5ft.
If you're in to arboreals have you considered carpet pythons as a place to start? Great snakes and none too expensive. The way I see it is that you can only gain experiance of arboreal snakes by keeping arboreal/semi arboreal species.
Cheers Mattie! And lol at thinking it was venomous...when I first got this one my wee brother thought the self same thing. |

I can see your problem then. Pity you don't have the room. |

as said before, stunning and under-rated.
They are certainly on my list of colubrid species I'd like to keep again. _________________

Nice lil fella
I've had an AHS for about 5 years now, absolutely gorgeous snake! It used to bite the hell out of me when it was a 'bootlace' but is now very tame and just likes to nose around. Never seen them for sale in the SW but I managed to get mine from a friend who used to work in London zoo.
Anyways, nice pics of a nice snake _________________ Licking this cane toad was the worst flippin idea you.............whoa man that penguin just put something in your pocket. |
