Thanks guys.

I've had a nightmare with food though.

90% of the crickets turned up dead from the cold (so I'm paying a premium for COURIERED! crix Mad that get here tomorrow).
I have some locusts in with them now, so hopefully they'll have eaten some - I'll check soon.

Well done Tom, let me know if you are short of food. If the weather warms up I can send you some Fruit files or bean weevils but doubt it would be till after Christmas.

Everyones crix seem to be turning up DOA, not suprising when one Livefood company tells its customers that delivery via RM can take up to 7 days!!!!. My pygmies wont touch anything but small brown crix and a small waxie now and again, they did go mad for curly winged flies at one stage but as a rule anything else is ignored which can be a pain at times, especially as small crix dont stay small for too long.I offered them some newly hatched locusts and had to remove them as they were left alone and just grew on. Hope you get sorted out with the food Hun. Love Jan

Thanks Jan. TBH, they don't sound to adventurous with food!

None of the locusts had been eated, however, I just put them together in a faunarium (closely monitored - they pretty much ignored each other) and they each had 3 crix Very Happy

It's amazing to see that black tongue pop out Razz

I am encouraging customers to opt for special next day delivery on livefoods at the moment due to the cold weather and RM'S Abysmal delivery rate, I know it's xmas and post will be slow but even when its not Xmas RM ARE ALEGEDLY CRAP. Laughing

Hehe,
RM are just about good enough in spring etc, but in winter, everything takes so long from the christmas post plus the cold. Sad

Annoying having to pay for courier when the box of crix costs a fraction of the price.

They're both asleep now....and the cresty is running about like a mentalist!

Laughing
