Very interesting article regarding Komodo Dragon Parthenogenetic births at London Zoo and some on the way at Chester Zoo. Quite amazing really!

Cannot believe it has turned out to be true! Will make a great study and will no doubt bring a lot of much needed publicity to the species, but can only be described as a blind alley for their captive genetic management Confused

Just watched an item about this on the one o'clock news. Apparently there are 7 eggs all due to hatch any time soon at Chester zoo. Mother nature certainly is amazing. Very Happy
