does any one no what i need to start my on line business, do i need a pet shop license or can i get a trade license or sum it Ive looked around and cant seem to find a straight forward answer? Mad

Things to be aware of include whether of not your deeds (if you own your home) allow you to trade from home or and this is important......if you rent whether your landlord allows trade under their T &C's.

I remember working for a Local Authority who did not allow businesses to be run from their stock housing and this also flowed over to DWA applications..........no a hope in hell of getting one.

Also if you are going down the pat shop license then you'll probably need all the relevant insurances.

This is typical of what you might have to comply with if you applied for a Pet Shop licence but not all councils follow these guidelines so you would need to ask about yours.
