Most sources seem to suggest not. As leos are nocturnal they will not normally be exposed to UV light and will obtain the vitamin D3 they require via their diet, as such you need to ensure captive leos can obtain D3 by gut loading or dusting feeders.

As already said, they dont need UV as they are nocturnal.

The only lighting they need is so they can tell the difference between night and day, but your room lights may be sufficient for this.
