does anyone else use it in their viv i have it on the top if my orchid bark to help with humidity, does anyone else if so do they find it helps or is a waste of time. also how much do you have in your viv i read that you need to cover the whole floor with it |

All depends on what I'm keeping, i may use a small amounts for a humid hide or nesting box.
Orchid bark, bark chippings, cypress etc hold humidity very well so the moss wouldn't really be needed, but it all depends on what your keeping and the humidity level your hoping to achieve. |

I used to use moss in with my baby cresteds, I found a couple dead with it in their mouths, looked like they got it tangled and couldn't spit it out.
I only use the peat now to raise humidity but I always really compress it to stop it going loose, again preventing them getting it in their mouths. _________________
