This is my new argus ... ..
I just picked him and a gril up today ... horni of course, the male is about 5.5ft (not measured him after the long journey, but well over 5ft), female would be about 3ft if she hadn't lost about half of her tail).
very very impressed indeed.
The photos, unfortunately don't do the animals any justice.

Very nice but could you resize the pics so they are around 600x500 or less as it distorts the forum..thanks

Hi Lophius.
did you get them from cambridge reptiles? just curious.i have one of their offspring,and the desciption of the female & look of the male sounded like them.good luck with them, the male is awesome. |

oops sorry about the size ... i don't appear to be able to edit the post to resize the pics !!!! ... I thought they would appear smaller.
Yes they did come from cambridge, the female is a nice animal with good colour, but missing a few digits on the back feet and the odd claw on her front feet. She also is missing a big part of her tail ... still she is a proven breeder and I have a perfect female already.
The male definitely has attitude, but doesn't appear to be overly aggressive so far ... seems to have normal argus temperament.
