In a word...dissapointing.
Lots of great livestock and equipment. Good prices too.
The turnout was AWFUL.
Cheers to Scott for the Rhacodactylus ciliatus that he sold to my girlfriend. In her words 'its a cutie', I think that means that she really likes it. Some very impressive animals on your table, and it was good to meet you. |

This was accurate. I'd say 40 people not including sellers

Out of interest do you mean the livestock was generally great quality (more than the norm) or the variation of animals available was great? _________________ TFA

It wasn't filled with Leopard Geckos, Corn Snakes and Bearded Dragons as I half expected. |

Hi Dan, you got home quick!
Must admit the turnout was pretty poor, my guess to was 40 people not including traders.
That being said I still sold plenty to keep me happy and ertainly worth the drive.
Was good to meet you Dan, you had some great geckos....maybe if I diversify I'll buy some _________________

Hi Scott.
What do you think needs to change? Do you think they should be made open to the public? |

opening it to the public certainly would help. My guess is that they couldn't get permission to have it an open show.
I don't think that would lead to vast numbers of 'newbies' through the door but I do think it will make more reptile keepers go.
I really don't know what would make more people go to be honest. I guess if your not looking to buy anything, then why would you spend a day of the weekend visiting a show? (lol...saying that I've driven to Hamm 5 or 6 times and NOT bought anything ) _________________
