I give in! I finally received the rest of my order yesterday, over 2 weeks late, and it isn't the correct size of heat mat that I ordered and paid for. I'm at the point now where I just want my money back, and to never have anything else to do with Cornish Crispa again. |

To the best of my knolwedge Matt, who runs CC, is a decent bloke, maybe a bit overstretched at times. It is true he was recently flooded out, in turn the damage created caused the broadband connection to be lost for a good few days within his area, plus other various problems.
I must say that in all my dealings with him he has put himself out to be really helpful. I can only relate my experiences of dealing with him. I am happy to continue ordering from him.

i'd be the same with those thoughts Rick..
Matt's never been anything other than helpful... he even met me in person with a load of glass exo-terras once..
its a shame to hear of some peoples problems with him.. but I've used him this year, and not had a problem no...

I'm new to this forum so a big Hello to everyone, i have read every thing about cornish crispa on here and have also found problems with them.. In correct equipment turning up , pay for next day delivery and 2 weeks later the wrong things turn up.. I have started using a company called snake-breeder. They are slightly more expensive than crispa but cheaper than BJ Herps. Here is there site www.snake-breeder.co.uk
Hope this helps everyone, the couple who own it seem really willing to help. _________________ Andy |

As I said before my experiences with CC have all been good and the guy has been very helpful. I suppose with thousands of orders a % will go wrong no matter who you shop with law of averages and all that. The bigger it gets the higher the number of errors. CC's ebay feedback is very good. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

I am just relating to the problems i have had, i would rather pay a few extra pound for reliable service. A large company should have adequate staff and resources to cope with there orders as even 10% of orders going wrong creates bad press and peoples faith in the company declines. Not good for business in my mind _________________ Andy |

Yes I am not knocking your experiences at all. Just voicing my opinions and views and no matter what size a business is, glitch free is not real. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Mogga, nice plug but are you not the one that runs the link you snuck in?
Or is it just a coincidence you have the same name as the company you are plugging?
Not good for business being a sneaky g*t either!!!
Good reason for me not to use the company in that link - too devious for me.
If i'm wrong i'll apologise, but i doubt it. _________________ TFA
