I am reluctant to write this as I don't like potentially affecting someone's reputation without knowing the full story, but as the lack of communication from Cornish Crispa is my main problem with them, this can't be helped.

I ordered a heat-mat and thermostat from their eBay shop two weeks ago. The thermostat arrived quickly, which impressed me. However, the heat-mat was not with it and has not arrived subsequently. I have emailed them multiple times, with no response.

My only opportunity for months to buy my gecko is coming up this Tuesday, and with no heat-mat I can't. I ordered plenty of time in advance to account for dispatch time (usually next day, according to the site) and postage for this reason.

Same problem here Lucy,i ordered 3 mats and a stat 2 weeks ago,the thermostat and 1 mat turned up but not the rest ,the annoying thing is they wont respond to my emails,such a shame because they were actually recommended to me by another member of this site.
I wont be using them again

Okay, I tried as a last ditch attempt emailing through the "contact us" form on www.cornishcrispa.co.uk rather than through eBay, and did receive a reply. No explanation as to why the goods are so late, but a reply and an apology at least, and they're sending the heat-mat out Monday. Jim O, this might be an idea for you to try.

In their defence, I have used Cornish Crispa a number of times for stats and compact UV's and have never had a problem. Their delivery times have always been fast.

Sorry to hear about your problems, I assume it is a temporary glitch in their dispatches

Haha!they just emailed me,(maybe they read this forum?)
they will be with me Monday...hopefully.
No explanation for the delay though,and ignoring customers emails is not a good idea ,if you want the return business.

In my experience they have been very good.

I know their premises was recently flooded knocking out everything including broadband.

I am not affiliated with them in anyway.

i used to deal with them but delays on goods arriving put me off i use bjherp everytime now

I have only used them once and the item arrived within 48 hours so if I was looking and they were cheaper I would use em again
