This one finally made an appearance 3 days after the first. It's another stripe (gargoyle gecko).

It's eyes are more of a grey colour than any of the others I've had hatch.

It's quite a difference when you compare it to the eyes of this one.

They are really sweet, how big are they when they hatch?

Thanks guys Very Happy

Patchy - To give you an idea of their hatching size, in the first image he is sitting on top of a milk bottle lid. They are quite chunky babies in comparison to Crested hatchlings.

very nice Jackie, looks like you have sussed out the rhaco incubation now.

Have you many more eggs cooking? This is my first year with gargoyle eggs, not had any hatch yet but the first can't be too far away Very Happy

looking good jackie, i have had 6 Aurics hatch and 4 Ciliatus Hatch. Aurics are alot more chunky when they hatch than ciliatus. I still have 4 Auric eggs cooking (2 should hatch today or tommorrow and 2 should hatch a month after the first 2)

Thanks again folks.... Very Happy

I've had 6 babies hatch so far and have another 5 eggs cooking (I think it's 5). I've lost two eggs this season which were laid while I was away on holiday. The female laid them underneath her water bowl of all places. I think she must have turned them.

It feels odd this year as it's the first season I haven't bred Cresteds. In a couple of years my male leachie will be ready to meet his female. Then the real fun will begin...lol.
