Hiya
I thought I'd share some new photos I took of my big male Gargolye gecko (Snowflake). One of my favourite things about gargoyles is their eyes. I've always tried to capture how pretty they are but the flash always seems to spoil it. Yesterday was quite a sunny day up here so I took some pics without the flash. I'm pleased with the results (the lighting could have been better but nevermind....).
Here he is:
I particularly like the next two as you can see the parietal bulges on the head (this male has very prominant ones). Basically they are the boney structures on the head which is one of the reasons they are called Gargoyle geckos.
And one of the chunky monkey so you know what he looks like:
P.S. The blob on his eye is water as his viv had been sprayed.
