I managed to find a few more pics tucked away for those who wanted to see them! (Apologies for some of the quality)

Beautiful monitors! On for the future for me for sure!
Do you breed them? I have not seen any for sale in the UK!

Yes mate, we do breed, but unfortunately Australian law forbids the exporting of any of our native fauna, with penalties of up to 10yrs imprisonment. I dont know if your system allows zoo accreditation, but here (well, Victoria at least) if you can satisfy the zoo board that your enclosures & husbandry skills are up to par, you can be accredited to buy excess or siezed stock from the zoos. That may be one way of accessing them. _________________ www.theherphouse.com & http://alleycatz.curvedspaces.com -our homes away from home! |

I used to keep flavirufus but both my individuals were unfortunately the same sex female and I was never able to track down a male. Very nice species!! |

Absolutely stunning. I've always loved flavirufus. Very attractive monitors they are. Thanks very much for sharing.
Cheers,
