they are stunning and as was said a lot of the normal looking morphs of the WHN do look similar whn u have barry summerhayes taking the pic LOL. I can say with total conviction I have seen nigh on all of baz's snakes and the green look totally different from a normal, and the jungles also (which I have a pair coming soon possibly tomorrow!!)
Teardrops do look similar but are different enough when u put the 2 together! _________________ 1.0 striped supersalmon DEAD

Sorry - snakes.....
One more questions about these little fellas - why are their heads that shape? With the little turned up nose and short skull? |

It`s chiefly so as to enable them to burrow. This species of snake spend a great deal of time doing so. The nose acts like a shovel almost. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

Cool - thank you
Why would they be that bright though? Is it to make them look less tasty or do they live in a scrunchy factory?
Or are these the exceptions to the norm? |

In the wild and natural state Anna, they would not be any where near so bright. They would in the majority of cases look like this;

..........which happens to be excellant camouflage. The colourful individuals in this thread have been selectively bred by mankind to look like that. Just as your dogs have been. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD
