Here are a few shots of Franz F, he has just woken up, it's 5.30am.
Before waking his whole body was various shades of orange and red. I did not take pics of him asleep as I did not want to disturb his slumber.
During the day he will change yet again. I find his colors at various times of the day, and when fired up with a female and so forth to be quite stunning.
I know I am bias but IMHO he is superb, sorry if that sounds a tad arrogant. But what with his silly tame nature, that has not even really been worked on I think he is a star.
The pic quality is not up to much but thats life. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Thanks all, the first clutch of eggs were laid on the 1st May 06 and the second clutch on the 9th May. Courtesy of Edina and Patsy.
So with any luck perhaps they will appear in November December time.
Yemens first clutch should be due in September.
Mellers well I estimate a 5 - 6 month incubation time for them so December / Jan time ish. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
