I keep all my reds in a open top enlosure and they do fine, did you keep the substrate misted? the substrate needs to be 70%-80% humidity, also what dial did you use the read the humidity? those cheap plastic ones are never right.
Remember its not air humdity you needs its grown humdity. Red foots do better in table tops rather than vivariums. _________________ Keeper of, Iberas, Horsfields, Red foots, Hermanns, Tunisians, Pancakes and Indian Stars.
