It's alleged that one of the Portuguese football players failed a drugs
and alcohol test after the match. If this is confirmed as positive, under
World Football Federation rules, paragraph 6 sub section 2e, Portugal will
forfeit the quarter final match and England will play France in the Semi Final which will be postponed till tomorrow.

Hope Italy doesn't win, they should be in the omplyic DIVING squad along with the Portuguese & Argentinian teams! 
Actually thinking about it I really don't know who I want to win, it goes against my natural insinct to want the French to win, I work and do business with over 40 Italians so I guess I should cheer for them but they are already big headed and that's before they've won
Let's hope for a nice draw, then penalaties , then I'm not fussed who wins

penelities i think shouldnt happen i reckon football should keep going until someone scores, it doesnt prove who is better with penilties.....jsut makes the game shorter and more intense.
i dont want the french to win either scot, but i do think the Italians are playing really well. |
