Are you still feeding it chicks as it's staple diet?
Also what's the hole about??? I thought that was a brand new viv.
Water monitors are not to be underestimated, especially their escaping abilities. There's not much they would like more than to bugger off out of the viv, be careful. I had to learn the hard way!

no dont worry lol that 1 with the chick was one of the first pics i took and the hole my boyfriend done (being lazy) lol but its now been filled in so no worries there.

No, it was yet another unwanted adult. He was given a room to live in at the The Vivarium in east London. Sadly the lizard died in the shop fire that caused the closure of the shop.

forgot to say he is sitting on top of his 4ft wide by 8ft long cage, it was far too small for him so he was allowed the whole room. Most people were too scared to enter the room Wink

(just a warning on what you have to look forward too Wink )
