Just got off the phone with Terry Thatcher he has just hatched his first Blue Tree monitor Egg ! 10 more cooking!

Chuffed to bits for him to put it mildly

Sure Terry will be ok with them being up so should be some tommorow evening going to be a busy day though have the traisl compo tommorow morning then over to terrys late afternoon

No news on the others yet one thing noted is just how damm thick the egg is this might be a reason for the full terms dead babys? maybe somthing to do with the substrate the incubate them in the wild has some sort of acidity and this helps to break down the shell maybe?
