Spoke with Lee ( Millenium Reptiles ) today and funny enough hes knows nothing about this. It wouldn't even interest him to even want to import salvadorii nevermind him selling them for £270. Common sense tells you that no retailer is going to sell them at this price when it would cost them more in time and money to import them in the first place. If people want c.b. then they should be expected to pay a premium for this and for salvadorii it is about £1000+ and before people start saying well you can get them cheaper in the States maybe you can but that is irrelevant to the European market plus by the time you went about importing them yourself it would be a much higher price even if you got granted the CITES which is highly unlikely. Plus we all know that most are not c.b. anyway.

i just have to say im angers by what one person has said about being bit by a mnitor is careless i myself do not own a monitor but i do own a bt skink and its evil if i so much as put my hand in her viv (which i have to in order to feed her) she will charge at me mouth open ready to bite. i havent been bitten yet but only because im quick but im sure one day she will get me and not because im careless or stupid but becasue all animals are capable of bitting weather you are carefull or not so i think your remark is very inopropiate.
sorry for ranting just wanted to say my piece

Have to say i am seriously LOVING the comparison.

All the best intentions in the world i'm sure but this isn't a comparison that needs to be mentioned here, amusing as it was.
Whether you have a berber skink (i know you said BT, i took it a step further) or a komodo the principles are the same in what was described, if you get bit it IS your fault - you've done something careless or stupid.

The chap i was speaking to was not called lee. The chaps email address is appleton.exotics@btconnect.com, Stuart if you have a problem with me then please do not post on the topics I've started, i regret things that have happened in the past wasting people time OK.

I am doing things by the book and properly now OK so please just stop the petty comments. I am more than happy for anyone to see the email correspondence between myself and this chap if anyone wants them forwarded on.

I understand about the costs of CB Salvador. And importing a single animals isn't cheap i also understand this. Credit where credit is due i haven't wasted any ones time, nor been deceitful nor lied so why the need for narky comments.

And I'm meant to be the one here who's youngest
