Just wanted to share this new lil guy. I didn't expect to get another herp, but I couldn't resist. He isn't some rare herp, but I think he's cute and he is so sweet!

Hope ya like him!

Thanks you two! Smile

Cass - set ups are pretty easy for these guys. I will be honest, I haven't had as many, as long or any problems with them like I have dragons and leos in the rescue work dept. BUT, I do own two corns right now. The corns seem to like aspen best. From what I have read and seen myself, the corns love to burrow through the aspen and create a tunnel-system underneath. They need a water dish large enough to submerge in, but it doesn't have to be huge. Others say you can use cage carpet or cypress mulch ... I use the mulch for my royal but that is the only snake I use it for. I keep the temps as steady as I can between mid and high 80s on the warm side and 70s on the cool side. I use 10 gallon tanks when they are little and when they are about 6 - 10 months old I put them in 20L tanks. My oldest corn is pretty big now, so I am really thinking about getting her a 30 gallon. The 20L is probably ok for life for most corns, IMO.

In my corn tanks I have a water dish, aspen bedding, two hides in each (one cool end, one warm end), UTHs, drift wood and some foliage. I will get pics for you in a few mins and post again! Sorry, I don't have any pics of the corn set ups. Odd .... ha ha

Be back soon with a pic! HA HA

Here ya go! This is one of my tanks. Both are set up pretty similar except this one is a 20L and the new guy is in a ten for now. He's just a baby! ha ha
