So in the case of newt or frog eggs that are laid in the parents tank, would you advise leave them in there. I have rmeoved mine palnts and all to hatching tanks with low powered filters and tannin in the water. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

In most cases your safe to move them and I move out most of mine to rearing tanks, it's just that Dyscophus eggs are known to be particularly sensitive and prone to fungal attack. _________________ Andrew Tillson-Willis
