this is how i heat my fish house
it will also work for a reptile room and get a background temperature without the need for expensive stats and ceramics for each viv
i thought i share it with all of you
you should be aware that the temperature gradiant reaches from coolest at the floor to highest below the ceiling. position your vivs and aquariums acordingly
here is a direct link for download.
just remember to make sure you do it correctly
don't blame me if you blow urselfs up

Hi,I use a SIMILAR system like this to heat my reptile room.
The diagram you have has an error!
Using ohms law a 1.5kw (1500w) load will draw 6.25amps from a 240 vac supply not 3 or 5 amps.Don't beleive me ? use this link.

Please be carefull _________________ Better smeg than dead! |
