For best light, there is only HQI=metal halide lamps, they come in 70W and up.
Some specs on a 150w HQI lamp that i have running is:
Lumens 11 000
Color 5500 K naturally sunlight is 6000K
Hours 10 000 before you will notice any changes in color and brightness _________________ Good luck  |

they do give some heat and there is HQI that have UV-stop built in and others that permits UV-light, 2:nd best is HQL lamps=quicksilver.
