It can take some time. Just sit it out...
I've had more then 2 or 3 weeks between clutchmates (no cresties though)

mine nornmally hatch within 24 hours of each other

| 2nd egg hatched last night,hes a fiesty little bugger,squeaked at me and opened his mouth as wide as he could.looked this morniing and is doing well,now just waiting for the next two to hatch.maria |

Nice one 
The second egg of my second clutch did that, took a while to get it out as whenever we put our hands near the tub it just looked up and opened it's mouth really wide!

| yes that what this one is lie got hi out now,but if i go near it he does it again,quite unny really,ive never had an adult do it. |
