Checked this female this morning to find this! Its my first breeding attempt so very excited! Counted 4 large follicles a few days back. She was bred to a normal male - It was his first breeding attempt and I have to say he was a total pro! Looking out for that pre-lay, then will start to set up the poly incubator! _________________ Graphic design genius (print & web)

OK, this Saturday is day 27 after her pre-lay, so the incubator is fired up and ready! She doesn't look as bloated as I thought she would this far on... fingers crossed she has a good clutch but I'm very doubtful! She was 1450g's before she was mated, and has always been a long and slender snake, but apart from a little swelling in her lower body which is hardly noticeable she looks very normal! I've never seen royal eggs before in person and this is my first breeding so not sure what she should look like. Should she be bigger or could it be that the eggs have replaced her own body mass so she looks normal size? _________________ Graphic design genius (print & web)
