Made some pictures this weekend while cleanig the vivarium of my juvenile T.gracilis and T.novaeguineae
I know it are not ball pythons or boas for some people but i find them amazing.

I really like these! Thanks for posting the pictures up
Is the colour difference anything to do with whether they are male or female? Or age? Or are they different localities or something like that? |

ehm do you mean the differences in colour at T.gracilis ? The juveniles are born with sometimes almost a total white/yellow head. this changes during their growth and just before the animal reaches sexual maturity some strips on the mouth are the only thing left from this white/yellow colour. When the animal gets older the head is getting darker and darker.
You can see the difference between males and females at some gray pores that the males have on their third fourth and sometimes fifth toe at their blacklegs.
And if you mean the differences between the juvenile and the other animal is that because there two different species (not all scientist agree on that)

Oops sorry, I didn't notice that you already said they were two different species before the pictures .
