Dont buy the cheepest, BUT DO BUY OFF SOMEONE WHO CAN BE TRUSTED, e.g. if scott says they are 100% het then they will be, there are lots of people who will sell out for a few quid.
It would be a pain 3 years down the line if they where not het, even if they only cost £350
