If by a bigger tub you mean the 1.2kg tub its no longer being imported into the UK. If you want larger amounts you have to order from america. _________________

I always recommend using the repashy 2 part diet anyway. Almost identical to CGD (made by same person) but is available in loads of different flavours. Again only available from america but it will work out just as cheap including shipping as it would to buy standard CGD from a UK shop.
I use these http://www.pangeareptile.com/2part.htm _________________

I've been looking lately for it too. I've heard that they are discontinued and that the small ones soon will be too. The two part diet that crouchy has mention will be taking its place?? |

I doubt that the two part diet will be available in the UK any time soon, if ever.
As far as im aware they arent discntinuing the small tubs of CGD. Although i know the importers of T-rex products were considering dropping it last year due to the hassle of getting it through customs. But i think this has been mostly sorted out now
Gargoyle Diet however has been discontinued by Allen Repashy so i assume it has by Trex too. _________________

that 2 part stuff looks interesting,
why do t-rex have a problem with customs? i would have thought that kind of thing would be legit.
good to know anyways.

Ive heard 2 stories as to why it had problems getting into the country. One is that one of the ingrediants is not legal to be in food (it may have been whey protein) Apperantly its fine in a suppliment but not in a complete food even though its for animals.
The second story i heard was simply because the weights were wrong so they wouldnt let it through and wouldnt let anyone in to change the labels for ages.
Im not sure how true either of these stories are, its just what i heard but the second one seems the more likely to me because when i got my last 1.2kg tub of CGD it had the label from the 50g tub stuck on it with tippex over the weight and a new ingrediants sticker on the back. _________________

I got some from a place a while back but been having trouble getting it recently and I'm running low. Looks like a US import is whats needed. |
