They all look like normals to my (admittedly uneducated) eye. If they aren't, but look normal none the less, then it does beg the question "what's the point?" Or do they produce something spectacular when crossed with something else?

So what's the difference between that and a normal? Is that the end product morph, so to speak, or are people keeping "fires" primarily as a means to an end because it produces something else more unusual when crossed or bred with another fire? |

fires seem to get brighter as they get older and also when breed to another fire can produce black eyed leucys. good pick up jase. |

Right, so its more of a "means to an end" type thing then. I can see the point of keeping those to breed black eyed leucys because they're stunning (my first royal project is going to be the blue eyed version) but I don't really see the value of that in its own right if I'm honest; it looks to similar to a normal for my liking. I'd equate it to a het albino or a het pied in that their main value is in what they can produce rather than what they are themselves. |
