i have seen many varieties of panther, ambilobe, nosey be etc, the panther that you see commonly available, is this just a standard panther cham and how do these vary in colour in comparison to, for example, ambilobe, which seem to be one of the less extreme panther varieties.

the different names of panthers correspond to the islands, regions or people who discovered them, as im sure you are aware there are many different colour varieties, however they are all still furcifer pardalis. So they are all genetically very much the same they just come in different colours.

This'll give you some idea of the colour variations of the various locales. Although i wouldn't say the Ambilobe was one of the more subdued locales Very Happy
