Not that I have a Chameleon, but Im sure this is not a good sign. Are they healthy? ITs just it sounds like a respiratory infection - the fluid in the lungs comes out this nose like small bubbles. What is the ventilation like?

"chameleons have salt glands in their nares so some sneezing and discharge of a clear/white fluid from the nares is normal"...

" Very often people ask about the crusty white discharge that has started to appear in their veiled chameleon's nostrils ...this is how the animal eliminates excess minerals and salts and is a sign of over-supplementation."...

What supplements are you using and how often?

Ive heard of this before - from reading on a website, but speaking to an exotic expert at College, this is apparently not true. Hmmm

Sorry, I'd forgotten about mentioning that! It all depends on the health of the animals - healthy with some discharge/sneezing thats clear, I'd consider normal. Sick animal with any type of discharge, I'd always investigate, especially respiratory problems.
