whetehr or not this is the same guy, that snake doesnt really look like a good example of an axanthic. I Know they colour up with age but thats so brown it looks similar to one of my normals

My bet is that that is a stolen pic and he doesn't even own the pic let alone the animal. Sorry to sound so harsh but as I said I have had dealings with this joker on RDR and he is a very sad individual. I'm now waiting for the excuses and abuse to begin!
